At Kaldi, we strive to ensure every roast meets your expectations; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day window for returns on non-food items and store credit for coffee quality concerns.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
- 2.Verification Process
For quality issues, please provide the batch number and roast date found on the back of your coffee packaging for our quality control team to review.
- 3.Pack and Ship
If returning equipment or non-perishable goods, ensure items are in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team.
- 4.Refund or Credit
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a digital store credit will be sent to your email within 5 business days.
